Founded in 2002 as Bethel Development LLC, a Woman Owned Company, Quantus Link, LLC was developed under its umbrella in 2018 to provide a technical portion of the company.  Quantus has built a reputation for high-quality, cost-effective service, resulting in satisfied clientele. We provide services to a multitude of clients, including academia, private industry, and non-profit.
